Hello, friends! I try to keep things light and happy for the most part, but the truth is is that I am human. I have feelings. I know for me, especially, I feel things in extremes. So sometimes, I hurt. Sometimes my heart breaks and yes, I totally sit on my bed and cry.
I know that there’s this pre-conceived notion that we have to have it together all the time. We have to “stay strong” and not show any signs of weakness.
I think it’s important to recognize everything you feel. If you’re sad, take time to feel sad. You don’t have to push your feelings of sadness aside. Live in those moments of pain and when you’re done, keeping moving forward.
